I help medium and large organizations design and improve Odoo solutions around real business processes—not just install modules or customize screens. My focus is understanding how Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Sales, Operations, HR, and management workflows connect across the organization, then translating those requirements into practical Odoo solutions. I can help analyze the existing business process, identify gaps and control risks, determine what should remain standard versus customized, and design a solution that users can realistically operate after implementation. For medium and larger organizations, I understand that a successful ERP implementation must work for multiple stakeholders: management, Finance, Procurement, Operations, department managers, employees, IT, and auditors. A technically working system is not enough—the workflow, controls, accounting impact, reporting, and user responsibilities must also make sense. My goal is to build Odoo solutions that are practical, maintainable, controlled, and aligned with how the business actually operates.
