I can help analyze the existing business process, identify gaps and control risks, determine what should remain standard versus customized, and design a solution that users can realistically operate after implementation. For medium and larger organizations, I understand that a successful ERP implementation must work for multiple stakeholders: management, Finance, Procurement, Operations, department managers, employees, IT, and auditors. A technically working system is not enough—the workflow, controls, accounting impact, reporting, and user responsibilities must also make sense. My goal is to build Odoo solutions that are practical, maintainable, controlled, and aligned with how the business actually operates.
