I completed a full Odoo VPS installation and production-ready server configuration for a business environment. The work included Ubuntu server preparation, PostgreSQL database setup, Python virtual environment configuration, Odoo source deployment, custom addons path setup, Nginx reverse proxy, domain configuration, SSL certificate installation, and systemd service creation. The server was optimized for stable Odoo operation with proper file permissions, log management, worker configuration, longpolling/websocket support, and secure deployment structure. I also configured backup-ready database access and ensured the Odoo instance could run smoothly on a custom port with domain-based access.

I implemented a complete Odoo ERP solution for a company to manage its core business operations in one platform. The implementation covered requirement analysis, module selection, company setup, user access configuration, master data preparation, workflow mapping, and business process configuration. The project included configuration of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Website/eCommerce modules based on the client’s operational needs. I also handled user training, UAT support, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth business adoption.

I developed custom Odoo modules to automate business-specific workflows that were not available in default Odoo. The customization included new models, custom fields, approval flows, access rights, automated sequences, smart buttons, reports, dashboards, and custom menu structures. The module was developed using Odoo’s standard framework with Python, XML, QWeb, security rules, and ORM methods. I also customized existing Odoo modules by inheriting models, views, reports, buttons, actions, and business logic while keeping the system upgrade-friendly and maintainable.

I integrated Odoo with third-party systems to automate external communication and reduce manual data entry. The integration included API connection setup, authentication handling, data synchronization, request/response processing, error handling, logging, and scheduled automation. The project involved connecting Odoo with external platforms such as payment gateways, SMS gateways, courier/shipping services, WhatsApp/email gateways, eCommerce platforms, and other business systems using REST/SOAP APIs. I ensured secure API credential management, stable data flow, and traceable transaction logs inside Odoo.

I completed Odoo migration and version upgrade tasks, including database backup, source code preparation, custom module compatibility checking, dependency fixing, data import, and post-migration testing. The work focused on keeping business data safe while upgrading the system to a newer Odoo version. I handled migration of customers, products, chart of accounts, sales, purchases, inventory, accounting data, and custom module logic. I also fixed compatibility issues in Python, XML views, security rules, reports, and frontend assets after migration.
