I have 8 years of experience working with Odoo, including 2 years as a Technical Team Lead. I have been involved in the full development cycle, starting from understanding business requirements and designing the solution, then development, testing, deployment, and production support. I have built custom Odoo modules from scratch and worked extensively on customizing standard Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, CRM, Inventory, HR, Helpdesk, Project, and Timesheets. I have worked with Odoo Enterprise and Community from Odoo 10 to Odoo 19. In complex projects, I usually try to use Odoo standard functionality first and customize only where needed. I also handle technical design, integrations, upgrades, server issues, Odoo.sh and on-premise deployments, code reviews, and troubleshooting. As a Team Lead, I also distribute tasks, review developers' work, help solve complex technical issues, estimate development efforts, and coordinate with functional and other teams to make sure the solution is delivered correctly and on time.
