Implemented an end-to-end Odoo ERP solution for PrimeArc, a general construction company, unifying the business cycle from customer inquiry to final invoicing on a single platform, including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Project Management, Timesheets, and Accounting. The system was configured around the operational needs of a construction business: Project cost allocation: Purchase and operational costs allocated to projects using analytic accounting for project-level cost visibility. Material & inventory management: Inventory organized across multiple locations to improve material control and visibility. Labor cost tracking: Employee timesheets used to capture labor costs and contribute to project cost visibility. Invoicing & financial reporting: Operational transactions integrated with accounting and invoicing for up-to-date financial visibility. Digital presence: Website and eCommerce configured to support the company's online presence.
